Experience
Thank you for visiting my site. My name is Christopher Torres. I have been working in the automotive and motorsports industry for over 15 years. Some of my work experience includes companies such as TRW Automotive, Wiseco Performance Products, JE Pistons and Honda R&D of Americas. I've worked for numerous professional race teams which ran karts, stock cars, open wheel race cars, sports cars and prototypes. I have held positions as technician, fabricator, machinist, design/test/data engineer and driving instructor/coach. I am the definition of a car fanatic and look forward to sharing my passion and knowledge with you!
Personal
During my free time I enjoy spending time doing anything I can outdoors. I am also continuing my education, pursuing my motorsports engineering degree from the National Motorsports Academy. I am a driver for the #455 Performance Motor Racing BMW which competes in the ChampCar Endurance Championship. I belong to a couple of online simulation racing leagues in which I compete weekly or just work on my driving and racecraft skills. I spend the rest of my time training, as I am an amateur competitive endurance triathlete. My most notable marks are that I have completed 3 IRONMAN races. I enjoy pushing myself to continually find my physical and mental limits.
